The entrance and all of the spaces are situated on the ground floor. There are two disabled parking bays next to the entrance and the gallery has a fully fitted toilet for disabled users.

Welcome to the North Light Gallery

The North Light Gallery is an independent arts organisation, with charitable status, offering creative spaces for a variety of events in an historic setting. The venue offers an imaginative and contemporary alternative to more traditional venues, with an excellent range of facilities.
Based at Armitage Bridge in a converted textile mill, the heritage associated with the 18th Century buildings and pastoral surroundings ensure that it is a distinctive environment ideal for creativity, inspiration and reflection.

Creative Spaces

The gallery provides spaces where people can come and be creative, as well as enjoying a range of creative events in our programme or hiring the space for their own event.

Venue Hire

The gallery offers a variety of different sized spaces which are all available for hire. The gallery team are happy to talk through which space would be most suitable to your event.

Conferences

The North Light Gallery offers creative spaces for events, conferences and meetings and is conveniently located just 10 minutes drive from Huddersfield.
